They only worked though if I constantly wore them...if I took them off and then waited until I was already feeling sick to put them on, it took forever to go away. Also I drank a lot of gatorade/powerade. I think it was the combination of sugar & electrolytes that helped me keep other food down.Cassiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00506628800184226270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251139911615938991.post-11518987622960441742011-06-22T16:44:33.505+01:002011-06-22T16:44:33.505+01:00Although I never tried it, I heard that eating gin...Although I never tried it, I heard that eating ginger is great for curing nausea. I had severe morning sickness with all 5 of my pregnancies, and it lasted anywhere from the first 6 months, to the entire pregnancy! I kept waiting for it to go away, or get better, but it didn't. :( My doctor prescribed a drug called Diclectin, which really helped if I split the dosage and took half at night, and half in the morning. Here's a link to Diclectin's site (http://diclectin.com/), if you want to learn more about it, or speak to your doctor about it. Hope you're feeling better soon!

ChrystalChrystal - Adorn on a Shoestringhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02354465617247911647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251139911615938991.post-39438193481741826852011-06-27T22:16:20.258+01:002011-06-27T22:16:20.258+01:00Flat diet ginger ale (tesco's or Canada Dry)Dr...Flat diet ginger ale (tesco's or Canada Dry)
Dry plain crisp bread
Ginger biscuits

Those seemed to help me.JanMary @ www.janmary.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06833388514253606318noreply@blogger.com
